Katy Perry’s Sleek High Ponytail

Katy Perry went for ultra high ponytail with lots of gleam at the 2013 Video Music Awards.  To copy the major sheen, apply a serum before blow-drying your hair. Gather hair high on top, leaving 2-3 inch wide section below the ponytail. Secure the ponytail with elastic. Take the section of hair and wrap it around the elastic, then secure it with a bobby pin.
