We almost didn’t recognize Lady Gaga when she arrived at the 2013 VMA’s Red Carpet looking like, well, un-Lady Gaga. Sporting sultry waves with side part and dressed in a black Prabal Gurung gown, Mother Monster looked like an elegant goth goddess! Come show time, Gaga changed into a pair of oversized seashells and a floss, which prompted out to shout, “There she is!”
