Quilted Updo Hairstyle

Wanna be different? We’ve got a hairstyle that’s perfect for you! The interconnected and tightly coiled hairstyle is created by Antoinette Beenders for Kimberly Ovitz’s Fall/Winter 2013 show.

Ready to go bold? Apply mousse all over hair then part it evenly at the middle and do a high ponytail on each side. Tie a millinery elastic on the base of the right ponytail. Bend about half an inch of your hair then tie the elastic over it to hold the shape. Do this repeatedly until you reach the end. Place it on top of your forehead then fasten the end at the base of the left ponytail. Do the same interconnected pattern to the left ponytail but once you reach the end, pin it behind your left ear.
