Cate Blanchett wore her blonde hair in a simple, straight, shoulder-length hairstyle to the 29th Annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival on Feb. 6, 2014. Her simple hair looked great with her elaborately-beaded formal gown. At the festival, Cate won the 2014 Outstanding Performer of the Year Award for her performance in Blue Jasmine, directed by Woody Allen.
