Amber Heard’s Faux Mohawk Updo At Met Ball 2014

Isn’t this adorable? Amber’s glamoulicious knots are tied to create faux mohawk at the back of her head. At the front they are merging with a-la-pompadour pouf and forming this very much chic, disheveled updo. At first glance this hairstyle may appear complicated to repeat, but the base is only volumizing mousse and round brush blow drying. It’s up to you if you wish to slightly tease the front section or not before you tie it in a pony tail. Collect rest of your hair and make the second pony tail. Divide pony tails in two sections, coil each of these four new sections into loose buns and secure them with pins. Pull the front section little bit away from the elastic and finish-set it with your fingers. Mist your ‘do with hairspray.
