Crisscross Bun Hairstyle

Magnificent is one of the words we can think of to describe this crisscross updo at Jason Wu’s Fall 2013 show. Hairstylist Odile Gilbert was the brains behind this master coif.

Hair was divided into three sections: left, right and middle – the middle being the thickest. The middle portion is gathered into a low bun. The sides are further divided into smaller sections and each section is wound over the bun. The ends are tightly pinned under. A silver barrette is straightened and attached to the bun for an extra pow of a finish!
